Returns Policy

You may return new, unworn items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We do inspect all garments for signs of being worn, so please, for the sake of cleanliness do not try on any bottoms without underwear. If you've received the wrong product or it is defective then we cover the return shipping costs, otherwise return shipping fees fall to the customer so be sure to check sizing information before ordering.

You should expect to receive your refund within 24 hours of us receiving the returned items, for the most upto date information, please use tracked shipping for your return.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the 'Complete Orders' link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.


We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up.

All online orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours (excluding holidays and weekends) so long as all the requested garments are in stock. If a garment in the selected size needs to be made then orders are processed within 72 hours.
Each and EVERY piece sold is designed, drafted, cut and sewn in Northern BC. Our fabrics have been milled in the USA, NZ, Korea and some from China and meet very specific and stringent quality control parameters before being sewn into a piece of clothing in our studio.
Of course! It is very important to make sure you're selecting the correct size before ordering because all exchanges/returns (outside of defective or incorrectly received garments) are the responsibility of the buyer to pay for shipping. All exchanges/returns are processed within 24 hours of receiving the garment and confirming that it is in new/unworn condition.
Each Pre-Order is a bit different and timelines depend on how fast the mills create our specialty fabrics and how many garments are purchased in the preorder. All timing details are explained in the listing of the pre-order item but you're always welcome to send an email to to check in!
All international buyers are responsible for the remittance of customs and duties charges of their order when it enters their country. HaloApparel is not responsible for any fees incurred by the government, customs or postal services in the receiving country. HaloApparel will also not alter any invoice information to decrease the value of the parcel since that is fraud.
